    في حال رغب العميل في استرجاع الاوردر لمشكله في الخامه او المقاس يحق للعميل طلب ارجاع المنتج من خلال ملف العميل علي المتجر الالكتروني او من خلال التواصل مع خدمة العملاء بحد اقصي 24 ساعة للاسترجاع  و يومين للاستبدال من تاريخ استلام الاوردر مع العلم ان قيمة الاوردر يتم تحويلها للعميل علي فودافون كاش بعد استلام المرتجع والتاكد أن المرتجع سليم وخالي من العيوب بحد اقصي أسبوع من استلام المندوب المرتجع
    يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية ولم يتم استخدامه، وعليه كافة البطاقات الملصقة غير منزوعة وغير متضررة وأن تكون مغلفة بالغلاف الأصلي.
    يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن في حالة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال
    اذا كان هناك خطأ في المقاس المطلوب أو حدث خطأ في الاوردر يتحمل متجر BOUTIQUE BRANDS كافة تكاليف الشحن في حالة الاستبدال او الإرجاع بشرط انشاء طلب الارجاع في غضون 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب
