Selling policy
- All models displayed have a dedicated size chart, so we advise all customers to review the size chart for the desired model and ensure the appropriate size before ordering.
- The customer has the right to inspect the product and verify the quality of materials and sizes before receiving it from the representative, after paying the shipping cost to the representative before opening the order.
- If the customer wishes to return the order due to a problem with the material or size, the customer has the right to request a return of the product through the customer’s file on the online store or by communicating with customer service, with a maximum of two days for return and 4 days for replacement from the date of receipt of the order, knowing that the value of the order is transferred. The customer receives Vodafone Cash after receiving the return and ensuring that the return is intact and free of defects, within a maximum of one week from the representative receiving the return.
- The product must be in its original condition and not been used. Accordingly, all labels must not be removed or damaged and must be covered in the original packaging.
- The customer bears the shipping costs in the event of a return or exchange
- If there is an error in the requested size or an error occurs in the order, the BOUTIQUE BRANDS store will bear all shipping costs in the case of exchange or return, provided that the return request is created within 48 hours of receiving the order.
