يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية ولم يتم استخدامه، وعليه كافة البطاقات الملصقة غير منزوعة وغير متضررة وأن تكون مغلفة بالغلاف الأصلي.
يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن في حالة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال
